Keith Wentzel has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry starting in the credit training program for Michigan National Bank in Detroit. His career includes positions in structured finance, marine financing, equipment leasing and real estate finance for both banks and credit company lenders. He joined Fantini and Gorga in 2009 coming from the Business Property unit of GE Real Estate where he originated single tenant and net lease real estate finance loans. At Fantini & Gorga, Wentzel heads up the Single Tenant/Net Lease and Owner Occupied Finance initiatives that focus on providing funding solutions for single occupant properties. Services offered include loans for construction, acquisitions, build-to-suit properties, refinancings and sale/leasebacks. Mr. Wentzel obtained both a BA degree in Business Administration and an MBA degree in Finance from Michigan State University.
