Keith Wentzel has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry starting in the credit training program for Michigan National Bank in 1979. His career includes positions in structured finance, marine financing, equipment leasing and real estate finance for both banks and credit company lenders. He joined Fantini and Gorga in 2009 coming from the Business Property unit of GE Capital where he originated single tenant real estate finance loans. At Fantini & Gorga, Wentzel heads up the corporate real estate finance initiative that focuses on providing funding solutions for corporate and not for profit owner occupied real estate assets. Services offered include loans for construction, acquisitions, build-to-suit properties, refinancings and sale/leasebacks. Mr. Wentzel obtained both a BA degree in Business Administration and an MBA degree in Finance from Michigan State University.
