With over 35 years of real estate finance and national banking experience, John Sullivan has financed the construction and acquisition of every property type including single asset financings in excess of $200 million. Overall, he has financed in excess of $4 billion dollars in acquisition, construction, rehabilitation and permanent transactions.

John's experience includes the regional management of a major Wall Street securitized lender, Director of Finance and Treasury of a national real estate development company, and senior real estate lender of a national commercial bank.

At Fantini & Gorga, John serves clients with a full range of financing requirements from permitting through permanent financing and potential equity involvement. A graduate of Boston College with an MBA from Suffolk University, he is active with several not for profit organizations, and serves as Treasurer of the Pine Street Inn.
