Master Money Matrix Publications
The five editions Master Money Matrix have been designed to provide the user with a global understanding of the real estate capital markets; various loan and equity programs available from the different sectors of the capital markets, and basic feasibility for different types of projects. The matrices have been used for years by a wide range of real estate finance professionals and are commonly used as teaching tools at colleges and universities. The New England Real Estate Journal features each month in their Finance Section the different editions of the Matrix.
