Tim O'Donnell has over 25 years of experience in real
estate finance and investment. From 1989-1999 he was President
of O'Donnell Real Estate Capital, Inc., a successful mortgage
brokerage firm which he merged into Fantini & Gorga in 1999.
Prior to 1989 he was a principal in the mortgage, syndication,
and property management firm of Connolly, O'Donnell & Company.
He also held positions in the property development arm of Fidelity
Investments and in the real estate department at BankBoston.
For Fantini
& Gorga, Mr. O'Donnell is active in marketing and handles
a broad array of financing requirements for owners of commercial
and multifamily properties. In addition, he manages the firm's
efforts in Rhode Island, where he has been active in real estate
and business communities for over 20 years.
Mr. O'Donnell
holds an A.B. from Harvard and was a Knox Fellow in urban studies
at the University of London. He received his masters in City and
Regional Planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
