• Property Types: Office, Industrial, retail, restaurants, self storage
  
  
• Credit Profile of Tenant: S&P rated "B" or above (or equivalent if not rated)
  
  
• Pricing: Fixed rates currently high 5's to low 7's: Five year fixed rate would be on the lower end of the spectrum, Fifteen to twenty year fixed rate would be on the higher end of the spectrum.
  
  
• Recourse: required from the principal
