Andrew Kern joined Fantini & Gorga as an Analyst in 2008. He is responsible for underwriting commercial real estate transactions and assisting the Managing Directors in making sure the due diligence and closing process is completed efficiently. Prior to joining Fantini & Gorga, Andrew was a Commercial Real Estate Associate in Capmark Finance Inc.'s Boston office where his responsibilities included sizing and packaging commercial real estate loan requests. He has also worked as an analyst in the former LaSalle Bank's Real Estate Capital Markets group and as a Commercial Property Inspector for Wells Fargo.

Andrew is a 2006 graduate of Boston College's Carroll School of Management where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Finance.
