Joseph Eddy has approximately a decade of experience in real estate and commercial credit. Prior to joining Fantini & Gorga, he worked at Eastern Bank in its Corporate Lending, Equipment Leasing, Commercial Real Estate, and Troubled Asset groups.

At Fantini & Gorga Mr. Eddy structures and places commercial real estate financing across all property types and segments of the capital markets. Along with placing debt, mezzanine, and preferred equity for clients he works closely with the firm's capital sources. Throughout his career he has worked on over 100 transactions totaling over $1 billion. In addition, he heads up the firm's Buyer's Advisory and Value Preservation Groups. Mr. Eddy advises a select group of well-capitalized owners and operators targeting distressed assets. He also works with borrowers and lenders to help preserve value in real estate that is experiencing stress.

Mr. Eddy graduated from the University of Notre Dame where he double majored in Economics and Pre-medicine.
