Prior to joining Fantini & Gorga, Derek Coulombe was a member of the Eastern Bank formal credit training program where his responsibilities included underwriting transactions for the commercial real estate group. Mr. Coulombe has also worked as a media planner with Arnold Worldwide/MPG. At Fantini & Gorga he underwrites commercial real estate transactions, writes financing packages, runs financial models and performs market and demographic research. Mr. Coulombe is a 2001 graduate of Clark University where he majored in psychology while minoring in business/economics.
