Fantini & Gorga recently arranged a $25,000,000 loan to refinance Mount Auburn Place at 125 Mount Auburn Street, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The loan was placed with one of Fantini & Gorga's national insurance company correspondent lenders, which has over $94 billion in assets.
Mount Auburn Place is a five-story, first-class office and retail building located in the heart of historic Harvard Square. Designed by Elkus-Manfredi Architects, the building was developed and constructed by The Bulfinch Companies in 2001 and offers immediate access to the MBTA Harvard Square Redline station, as well as restaurants, hotels and other amenities.
