Fantini & Gorga recently arranged a $13,400,000 construction loan for the development of 32 apartments and 4,340 SF of ground floor retail space on Beacon Street in Boston's popular and convenient Audubon Circle neighborhood. The development will combine striking architecture, high visibility, and excellent access to Kenmore Square/ Boston University, the Fenway neighborhood, and the Longwood Medical Area. Public transportation links the project to all points around the city.

Upon completion, the five-story building will feature 28 market rate apartments and 4 affordable units, all of which will offer tenants a one bedroom plus den configuration. The units will include high end finishes and will offer underground parking for 30 cars. The ground floor of the building will feature an outdoor patio area to be used by the commercial tenants. Overall, the development is positioned to compete successfully with multifamily properties in nearby neighborhoods.
